The endeavour marries the rich culinary traditions of Sri Lanka, Jamaica, and India, offering consumers a unique taste experience right in the heart of China.

EVT Capital is currently in the preliminary stages of funding this venture, aiming to open over 100 franchises across strategic locations in China. The franchises will specialize in a range of delectable dishes, including Sri Lankan Curry Chicken, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Indian Butter Chicken, complemented with accompaniments like flavourful sticky rice, noodles, garlic butter naan, and paratha. Initial designs and blueprints for the compact franchise outlets are in development.

• Local and Global Sourcing: Ingredients will be a blend of the local and global, with primary produce sourced locally and the finest spices and cooking oils imported directly from Sri Lanka and India.

• Compact & Automated: Each franchise outlet, while compact in design, will harness cutting-edge automation in its food ordering and cooking processes, ensuring speed, efficiency, and consistent quality.
  

• Supply Chain Development: Negotiations with potential suppliers in Sri Lanka and India are underway for the procurement of premium spices and oils.

• Local Farm Partnerships: Collaborative efforts have commenced to onboard local family farms for a steady supply of organic-certified chicken.

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: Research and development teams are currently exploring the feasibility and design of banana leaf-based packaging solutions.
  

Once fully realized, EVT Capital envisions this franchise model to redefine fast-food dining in China, offering a fusion of global flavours with a stamp of quality and sustainability.
